BG Group
Chairman's Technological Innovation Awards

When the Chairman of BG Group presented awards for technological innovation in a prestigious ceremony at the Science Museum in London, the supporting multimedia presentation had been written and produced by Multimedia Design.

By interviewing the scientists and technical specialists, we developed a presentation which explained both the developments and their business benefits to a non-specialist audience.

ExxonMobil Chemical
Responsible Care Awards

Each year, the Regional Director of ExxonMobil Europe and North Africa presents the company's Responsible Care Awards in person at their Brussels headquarters.

For the last four years, Multimedia Design has designed, scripted and produced a multimedia presentation to support the ceremony.

Following the ceremony, we have created an intranet site to spread the message through the workforce and a booklet for other stakeholders.

Cambridgeshire Business Services
Launching a new venture

When Cambridgeshire Business Services asked the Minister for Small Business to launch their new range of facilities and services, Multimedia Design was called in to create a multimedia presentation to introduce the new venture to the local business community.

Following the launch, the presentation has been installed in reception, enabling visitors to explore the wide-ranging services available.

Consultants also carry the presentation on their laptops, to support their cross-selling.

Business Link Norfolk
Case studies

Business Link Norfolk commissioned us to produce a multimedia presentation celebrating recent successful case studies in which their consultants had made a real difference to the small-medium sized enterprises they specialise in working with.

The presentation was reproduced on CD-ROM and is used successfully in mailshots, at exhibitions and on consultants' laptops.

Diageo
Virtual tour of Guinness Brewery

It is not easy to explain the brewing processes when walking through the busy and noisy production facilities.

To facilitate the induction of new staff and to support Guinness' ever-popular brewery tours, we created a presentation which enables visitors to walk through the processes - showing each element of plant and explaining how it works.

Exel
Induction

Although the Exel automotive warehouse at Luton is a small site employeeing only a small number of people, it is part of a global organisation.

The induction presentation developed by Multimedia Design describes the global business and explains the role the local site contributes to the larger whole.

It also ensures that new recruits receive all the practical information they require to work efficiently and safely.

Frito Lay
Product Intelligence: Walkers Crisps

The Product Intelligence team provides invaluable consultancy to many areas of Frito Lay's business. However, take-up levels suggested that the offering was not properly understood.

We developed a short multimedia presentation for use at presentations and internal exhibitions which explained the services, clarified their benefits and broke down cultural resistance to asking for support.

Teletractor Consortium
Project report

Large high-value projects need to be justified by weighty, unreadable project reports. False!

The Teletractor project was partially funded by the DTI who required a full justification of their expenditure.

In addition to the standard report, we prepared a short multimedia presentation to give a quick, accessible overview for people who wanted to know more about the project and its findings.
