Bournemouth and West Hampshire Water Teacher support material BWHW wanted to support local teachers by providing them with materials to support the study of water-related topics at key stages 2 and 3. Multimedia Design worked with teachers to create materials that are easily accessible, stimulating and comply with the National Curriculum. All the materials can be downloaded as pdf documents, giving the teacher the flexibility to print them out and use them in their lessons.       Key stage 3 Teacher support Pupil sheets provide information with local flavour on seven topics related to water. Activity sheets offer interesting, practical exercises to reinforce the information on pupil sheets. Teachers’ notes give an outline of the topic, a suggested approach, where to go for more information and curriculum guidance.   Key stage 2 Teacher support Following the success of the key stage 3 materials, Bournemouth and West Hampshire Water asked Multimedia Design to create similar materials for younger pupils. The key stage 2 site covers a similar range of topics with the emphasis on fun activities including puzzles and games to stimulate learning. Otto the otter introduces the topics to the children in the pupil and activity sheets.
